Weight Loss

Weight loss is the process of deliberately losing weight by limiting caloric intake, performing physical activities to expend energy, or using a combination of these methods. That means that your body has more than it needs and so the goal is for it to use up what extra calories there might be before they get stored in fat cells or turned into fatty acids.

The best way to lose weight is by exercising and eating healthy foods such as fresh fruit instead of unhealthy junk food like sweets that are high in sugar content.

Healthy individuals can lose 1-5 pounds per week depending on daily activity levels and how much they currently weigh.

Weight Loss may help improve insulin sensitivity which in turn lowers blood sugar levels and reduces the risk for developing type 2 diabetes as well as other chronic diseases like heart disease down the line such as coronary artery disease (CAD).

It also may help you look better or improve your mood, health, vitality, and athletic abilities.
